CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that if the customer decides to cancel the booking later than 72 hours before the start of the activity, in the case of full payment we will retain 30% of the full price and the remainder will be refunded. otherwise, if only the deposit has been paid, the full 30% will be retained.
Same for the no-shows.
In situations of bad weather or cancellation of the activity by Boatiful Lake S.r.l., customers will be notified in order to proceed either with a full refund or with the rebooking of their reservation. However, Boatiful Lake S.r.l. declines any responsibility for any extra costs that customers may incur due to cancellation, such as transport or accommodation costs

Our pick-up point is near a gate that opens onto a pier called ‘Marina 2,’ located lakeside between the Tempio Voltiano and the Foranea Dam (Life Electric).

There are 6 seats on our boat, so you can bring up to 5 friends with you.

A splendid boat tour under the guidance of Giovanni or Andrea who will show you the most iconic and hidden places of the lake and tell you about the villas overlooking it.

Gasoline, catering, and towels. We also welcome any requests that align with the safe conduct of the activity.
