1.1 Full Payment Option:

If you have paid the full amount for your reservation, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
Cancellations made beyond the 72-hour window will result in the retention of 30% of the total service value.
1.2 Partial Payment Option (30% Deposit):

If you have opted to make a partial payment of 30% of the total service value, the same refund policy applies:
A full refund is available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
Cancellations made beyond the 72-hour window will result in the retention of the initial 30% deposit.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact BOATiful Lake via email or phone to initiate the refund process.
Provide your booking details, including the reservation number and the reason for cancellation.
