1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Maximum Participants: The maximum number of participants allowed per boat tour is 7 people. Please ensure your group size complies with this limit when making your reservation.

1.2 Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a partial payment of 30% of the total service value.

1.3 Pickup Locations: Complimentary pickups are available in the following towns: Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio, Lezzeno, and Tremezzo. For pickups outside of these areas, a small additional fee will apply.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation Policy: Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refund eligibility.

3. Conduct and Safety

3.1 Safety Regulations: All participants must adhere to safety regulations and instructions provided by our staff during the boat tour.

3.2 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, littering, and any other activities deemed hazardous or disruptive to the enjoyment of other participants are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability and Responsibility

4.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the boat tour. BOATiful Lake shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

4.2 Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather conditions that jeopardize the safety of the tour, BOATiful Lake reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Alternative arrangements or full refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Additional Charges

5.1 Extra Fees: Any additional services or requests beyond the standard boat tour package may incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated to you before confirmation of your booking.
